Daniel specializes in commercial real estate sales of retail, office, warehouse, multifamily, and land properties. He is a RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate Investment Expert, Licensed in the State of Florida as a Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, works in the Tampa Bay area and throughout Florida. Uniquely qualified, he brings financial analysis and a deep understanding of product positioning to every deal.
He began his real estate career in 1995. Earned his Florida Real Estate Brokers license in 2000, worked with various Boutique and Fortune 200 clients, developing a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has also earned a State of Florida Class A General Contactors License.
