Daniel Nelson a RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate Investment Expert, Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Agent.  I am knowledgeable, motivated and a diligent broker. I specialize in commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, office, multi family, and land properties. I am a local market expert in the Tampa Bay area and work throughout the State of Florida.

 

I began my real estate career in 1995. Earned my Florida Real Estate Brokers license in 2000, worked with various Boutique and Fortune 200 clients, developing a wealth of experience.

 

My success in Real Estate has been attributed to my responsiveness, firm “win win” negotiation, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, and exceptional customer service commitment. Simply put, I give my clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure my client’s goals are met.

 

I am lifelong resident of Florida, live in South Tampa. I have also earned a Class A State of Florida General Contractors License. I am active in the community and have been involved in numerous volunteering programs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures and cheering for Tampa Bay sports.
